Client Submissions
Client Submissions within the Colleagues ATS site enable seamless interaction with clients by allowing direct submission of candidates for client-specific job openings. This feature enhances client relationships by providing a smooth and transparent process for submitting candidates tailored to their unique requirements. By leveraging Client Submissions, you can strengthen partnerships, improve client satisfaction, and expedite the placement process.
Client Submissions:
- Access Client Submission Feature: Log in to the Colleagues ATS site and navigate to the "Client Submissions" section.
- Select Client Job Opening: Choose the specific job opening associated with the client for which you want to submit a candidate.
- Prepare Candidate Profile: Prepare a comprehensive candidate profile, ensuring it aligns with the client's requirements and preferences.
- Complete Submission Form: Fill out the submission form with the candidate's details, including resume, cover letter, and any other relevant documents.
- Submit Candidate: Review the submission details and click on the "Submit" button to send the candidate's profile to the client for consideration.
