Steps to Create an Offer:
- Client Submission: The offer generation process begins with a client submission. This submission includes details about the candidate, job, company, pay rate, and other relevant information.
- Accessing Client Submission Details:
- Open the already created client submission page to view its details. This page contains essential information required for generating an offer.
- Creating a New Offer:
- Navigate to the client submission page and locate the "Make an Offer" option.
- Click on "Make an Offer" to initiate the offer creation process.
- Offer Details Popup:
- Upon clicking "Make an Offer," a new popup window will appear with the following information:
- Candidate: Displaying the candidate's name.
- Candidate Formatted Resume: Attached in PDF format.
- Job: Specifies the job name.
- Company: Indicates the company name.
- Pay Rate: Displays the offered pay rate.
- Work with me: It provides information about the candidate who fits this job.
- Upon clicking "Make an Offer," a new popup window will appear with the following information:
- Email Notifications:
- Within the offer creation popup, you have the option to choose recipients for email notifications. This ensures relevant stakeholders are informed about the offer.
- Submitting the Offer:
- Once all necessary details are filled in and email recipients selected, click on the "Submit" button to finalize the offer creation process.
