Add Internal Submission

To create a new Internal Submission Manual follow these steps.

1. Log In:

  • Open your web browser and navigate to the AURA ATS login page.
  • Enter your username and password to access your account.
  • Click "Log In" to proceed to the dashboard.

2. Accessing the Interview Page:

  • From the dashboard, locate and click on the "Jobs" menu option.
  • Choose the specific job for which you want to make an internal submission.

3. Initiating Internal Submission:

  • Once you're on the job page, locate the "Actions" menu.
  • Click on "Actions" and select "Add Internal Submission" from the dropdown.

4. Completing Submission Details:

  • You'll be directed to a new page where you'll need to fill out essential information.
  • Complete all necessary fields such as:
    • "Submission Job Type": Specify the type of job submission (e.g., Full-time, Part-time).
    • "Company": Select the company associated with the job opening.
    • "Candidate": Choose the candidate you wish to submit for the position.
    • "Submission Pay Rate": Enter the pay rate applicable to the submission.
    • "Submission Source": Indicate the source through which the candidate was identified (e.g., Referral, Job Board).
    • "Submission Salary": Input the expected salary for the candidate.
    • "Submission Comments": Provide any additional comments or notes relevant to the submission.

5. Email Notification Preferences:

  • Determine who will receive email notifications regarding this submission.
  • Select the appropriate individuals or groups from the provided options.

6. Saving the Submission:

  • Once all information is entered accurately, click on the "Save" button.
  • A confirmation message will appear indicating that the submission has been successfully saved.

Additional Notes:

  • Ensure that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date to facilitate the internal review process effectively.
  • If you encounter any issues or require assistance, refer to the AURA ATS user manual or contact the system administrator for support.

By following these steps, you can efficiently create an internal submission for the selected job within the AURA ATS platform's Interview page.
