1. Introduction

Welcome to Aura CRM/ATS! This documentation provides a comprehensive guide to the login process for Aura, emphasizing the role of the admin account in managing user access, roles, and permissions.

2. Accessing the Admin Account

Upon subscription, the client contact will be provided with an admin account to access the Aura CRM/ATS system. Follow these steps to log in:

  • Navigate to the Aura CRM/ATS login page.
  • Enter the provided admin username and password.
  • Click the "Login" button.

Upon successful login, the client contact gains access to the administrative dashboard.

3. Adding Additional Users

The admin account holds the authority to add additional users to the system. To add users:

  • From the admin dashboard, locate the "User Management" or similar section.
  • Select the option to "Add New User."
  • Fill in the required user details, including username, password, and contact information.
  • Assign the appropriate role and permissions to the new user.
  • Save the changes.

4. User Roles and Permissions

Aura CRM/ATS features a role-based access control system. Admins can assign roles to users, each with specific permissions. Common roles include:

  • Administrator: Full access to all features and settings.
  • Recruiter: Access to candidate management features.
  • Sales Representative: Access to client relationship management features.
  • Viewer: Limited access for viewing data without modification privileges.

Admins can customize roles to match the organization's structure and workflow.

5. Login Instructions for Additional Users

Once added by the admin, additional users can log in using the following steps:

  • Access the Aura CRM/ATS login page.
  • Enter the assigned username and password.
  • Click "Login."

Users will only have access to the features and data associated with their assigned roles.

6. Troubleshooting

If any login issues arise, consider the following:

  • Ensure correct username and password entry.
  • Verify that the user account exists and is active.
  • Check for any system maintenance or downtime notifications.
