Upon indication of interest from the contact to meet the candidate, proceed to coordinate an interview through AURA's dedicated "Schedule Interview" feature. Following the saving of pertinent details, the interview will seamlessly integrate into your Outlook calendar, complete with hyperlinks to pertinent records.
Just as with internal and client submissions, it is recommended to instigate this process from the job record, ensuring that the candidate's details are pre-populated within the interview form.
Depending on your organization's protocol, you may find it necessary to oversee multiple interview rounds for the same candidate. In such cases, you have the flexibility to select from four appointment types: Interview, 2nd Interview, 3rd Interview, and Final Interview, accompanied by corresponding workflow icons as needed.
In the event of a candidate's non-appearance for a scheduled interview, leading to subsequent rejection by the contact, it is imperative to remove the interview record from the system. Despite the non-occurrence, preserving the submission history remains essential for reporting purposes. Accordingly, update the candidate's submission status to reflect "Client Rejected." Additionally, consider appending a note to the candidate's record elucidating the circumstances surrounding the missed interview.
