Referral Program Guidelines

Thank you for considering referring candidates or clients to our platform. Our referral program is designed to reward individuals who help us connect with talented candidates and potential clients. Below are the guidelines for making referrals through our platform.

Referring Candidates

Tab: Candidate

  • Completed Referrals: This section displays the number of successfully referred candidates.
  • Pending Referrals: Here, you can track the status of referrals that are awaiting review or confirmation.

To refer a friend for an open job position, please follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the "Candidate" tab on our website.
  • Locate the "Refer a Friend" button and click on it.
  • Fill out the referral form with the following information:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email
    • Phone
    • Job Title

Once you've submitted the referral, our team will review the information provided and reach out to the candidate if they meet our criteria.

Referring Clients

Tab: Client

  • Completed Referrals: This section shows the number of successful client referrals.
  • Pending Referrals: Track the status of referrals that are pending confirmation or follow-up.

To refer a business client, please use the following guidelines:

  • Go to the "Client" tab on our website.
  • Look for the "Refer a Client" button and click on it.
  • Fill out the client referral form with the following details:
    • Company Name
    • Contact First Name
    • Contact Last Name
    • Email
    • Phone
    • Job Link (Optional)

After submitting the referral, our team will initiate contact with the referred client and explore potential business opportunities.

  • Referrals should be genuine and based on your personal or professional relationships.
  • Referrals must comply with our terms of service and ethical guidelines.
  • You may be eligible for referral rewards or incentives for successful referrals, depending on our current referral program policies.
